The Lighting Assistant uses a limited number of recent messages from the current conversation to understand follow-up questions and keep the discussion coherent.
Light Ideas stores conversation text separately from uploaded photos. If an earlier message included a photo, the history can record that a photo was attached, but the image itself is not retained. Older messages and conversations are removed according to the current storage and retention limits.
