Light Ideas can display converted prices while a customer browses. At payment, Stripe Adaptive Pricing can determine a supported local presentment currency for that checkout rather than Light Ideas forcing the browsing currency onto the payment.

The Stripe payment screen shows the final amount and currency before the customer confirms the order. Where Stripe offers the option, the customer can choose the original currency instead.

If the payment is later refunded, the refund is made against the original transaction so the customer receives the refund in the original payment currency.
