Your shop currency is chosen in Light Ideas and becomes locked once it has been successfully set. That controls the currency in which you enter product prices, shipping and fixed-value discounts.

The currency in which money is ultimately settled to your bank is handled by the connected Stripe account and depends on the currencies available for that account and bank. Changing a Stripe settlement option does not change your Light Ideas shop currency.
