No — once your shop currency has been successfully selected and locked, it cannot be changed through the normal seller settings.

Product prices, shipping rates and fixed-value discounts are entered in that currency, so changing it after listings or orders exist would make those values ambiguous. Choose the currency that represents how you price your shop before completing the setup.

The currency a buyer is offered at checkout is separate and can be handled by Stripe Adaptive Pricing.
