What fees do sellers pay?Seller charges and payment-processing information are explained on the Fees page. Because fees can change, check the current details at /fees/ rather than relying on an older figure.When do I need to connect my payout account?You can connect your Stripe payout account when required by the seller payment flow. Follow the connection prompt in your Seller Dashboard and complete Stripe’s verification steps so eligible funds can be paid out.When will I receive my payout?Payouts follow the current seller payout schedule and any applicable holding period. Your Seller Dashboard shows the relevant payment and statement information. For current charges and payout terms, also see /fees/.Where can I see my sales and seller entitlement?Open Seller Dashboard → Statements. Statements summarise sales and shipping, commission where applicable, refunds and your resulting seller entitlement for the period.Why is my payout still pending?A payout can remain pending while an order is within an applicable hold, while funds are not yet eligible, or while required payout-account steps are incomplete. Check your Seller Dashboard and Stripe connection status first.
