First check Seller Dashboard → Settings → Payouts. A payout can still be pending because the sale is within the payout hold, the next scheduled payout has not been reached, or the connected Stripe account needs information before it can receive transfers.

Refunds, disputes and payment adjustments can also change the amount that is eligible. If Stripe shows no action is required and an eligible scheduled payout has not arrived, contact Light Ideas Support so the platform-side payout can be checked.
