Seller funds are not transferred immediately after each order. Light Ideas records the seller entitlement and applies the configured payout hold before funds become eligible for transfer. The current platform is designed around a 14-day hold and scheduled payouts, including a monthly payout schedule.

Your connected payment account must be complete and able to receive transfers. Refunds, disputes or other adjustments made before payout can reduce the amount due. The Seller Dashboard statements and payout information should be used to follow what has been earned, refunded and is still pending.
