Go to Seller Dashboard → Settings → Shop and use Pause new orders under Holiday mode.

When switching it on, you can add an optional return date and a short shop message. The message is shown on your shop and product pages. It cannot contain website links or email addresses.

Holiday Mode can end automatically after the return date, or you can return to Shop settings and switch it off yourself when you are ready to accept orders again.
