Holiday Mode pauses new orders while keeping your shop and products visible. You can add an optional return date and a short message so customers know you are away.

Existing orders, messages and refunds remain available and must still be handled. If you set a return date, Holiday Mode can end automatically after that date; otherwise you can switch it off from Seller Dashboard → Settings → Shop.
