To receive payouts, your payment account must be fully set up and correctly linked to your seller account. If your payment account is not connecting, work through the steps below.
Check Your Payment Account Is Fully Set Up #
- Make sure your payment account is complete, active and fully verified.
- Log in to your payment provider dashboard and check for any pending verification steps or alerts.
- Confirm that your identity, bank details and business information are correctly entered and verified.
Confirm Your Account Is Connected in the Seller Dashboard #
- Go to Seller Dashboard > Settings > Payouts.
- If you see a “Connect Account” button, click it and follow the on-screen steps.
- After completing the process, check that your payment account shows as connected or linked.
Look for Errors or Restrictions #
- If payouts fail or the connection does not complete, check your payment provider dashboard for any
failed payouts, account restrictions or missing information. - Make sure you meet your payment provider’s country, industry and business requirements for receiving payouts.
