Yes — the current refund workflow supports partial as well as full refunds. The refund should be created against the relevant order and items or amounts so the buyer refund and seller entitlement remain linked to the original transaction.

A partial refund does not need to cancel the entire order. The refunded amount is recorded and the seller’s remaining entitlement is adjusted accordingly. Always check the completed refund status before assuming the customer has received the money.
