Yes — if a product is intended for enquiry rather than immediate purchase, you can leave its price blank when creating or editing the product.

The product can still be published, but it will not show the normal Add to Basket purchase action while no price is set. Make sure customers have an appropriate way to contact you if you want them to enquire about the item.
