For each product sale, sellers are charged a platform commission, calculated on the net product price (excluding VAT and shipping). This fee supports platform maintenance, customer service, and ongoing improvements. (During the launch period, platform commission is 0%.)
An additional payment processing fee applies to all orders (typically 1.5% + £0.20 for UK transactions). This fee is automatically deducted from the seller’s payout by the payment provider.
