For each product sale, sellers are charged a platform commission of 5%, calculated on the net product price (excluding VAT and shipping). This fee helps support platform maintenance, customer service, and ongoing improvements.
An additional payment processing fee applies to all orders (typically 1.5% + £0.20 for UK transactions). This fee is automatically deducted from the seller’s payout by the payment provider.
