Why is my Stripe account not connecting?

To receive payouts via Stripe please follow these steps to ensure your account is fully configured.

1. Ensure Your Stripe Account is Fully Set Up #

  • Your Stripe account must be complete, active and fully verified.
  • Log in to your Stripe dashboard to check for any pending verification steps.
  • Ensure that your identity, bank details, and business information are all correctly entered and verified.

2. Verify Your WC Vendors Pro & Stripe Connect Integration #

  • Go to Seller Dashboard > Settings > Payouts.
  • If you see a “Connect with Stripe” button, click it and follow the setup process.
  • After connecting, double-check that your Stripe account appears linked.

3. Check for Any Errors or Restrictions #

  • If payouts fail, check your Stripe dashboard for failed payouts, account restrictions or missing information.
  • Ensure that you meet Stripe’s country and industry requirements for payouts.
