For each product sale, sellers are charged a platform commission of 2%, calculated on the net product price (excluding VAT and shipping). This fee helps cover platform maintenance, customer support, and marketing.
In addition, Stripe applies a transaction fee (typically 1.5% + £0.20 for UK domestic cards), which is automatically deducted from the seller’s payout. This fee is set by Stripe and is non-refundable, even if an order is later cancelled or refunded.
