In your seller dashboard, go to settings > shipping to configure your shipping options. The marketplace allows you to set up:
- Shipping Zones – Define the regions where you deliver (e.g., domestic and international).
- Shipping Rates – Choose flat rate, free shipping, or per-product shipping.
- Handling Fees – Optionally add extra fees to cover packaging or special handling.
For example, you can charge a flat rate of £5 for domestic deliveries and £15 for international orders. If using per-product shipping, each product can have its own shipping cost.
Make sure your shipping rates align with actual carrier fees to avoid losses.
