If you suspect an order is fraudulent (for example, an unusual delivery address or irregular ordering behaviour), report it to the marketplace immediately through the contact form. Do not ship the order until we’ve confirmed whether the order is valid.
Fraudulent activity may also trigger alerts or verification requests from the payment provider. If this happens, additional information may be required before the order or payout can proceed.
