Blocking is a stronger measure than unfollowing. When you block someone, you restrict their ability to interact with you in the community. They will not be able to follow you, send you direct messages, or continue existing chat conversations with you. Depending on privacy settings, they may still see your public posts or profile, but they will not be able to engage directly. The block tool is available from user menus and also within the chat interface by selecting the three-dot options menu.
