The marketplace does not determine whether tax applies to a transaction.
All product prices on the platform are set by sellers and displayed as a single, final price. The marketplace does not calculate, add, remove, or separate VAT, GST, or other taxes at checkout.
If you sell to a country or customer where no tax applies under your obligations, this should already be reflected in how you price your product. The full sale price (minus marketplace commission and payment processing fees) is paid out to you.
Sellers are responsible for determining whether tax applies to each sale and for managing any related reporting or compliance.
