You can contact a seller about a product through the website using Messages. This is assuming the seller has messages enabled in their settings.
With every product a sellers adds, there’s an ‘Ask A Question’ button for customers. This allows any interested customers to message a seller directly about the product in question. The seller will be notified by email to login and respond to the message. For protection and to also help with disputes, all communications between buyers and sellers should be done by messenger, this is so if anything should happen it’s all documented.
