Control how your name appears across the platform

You can now choose exactly how your name is displayed across the site.

Your Display Name is what shows on:

• Community posts

• Comments

• Messages

• Your public profile

If you’re a business, we recommend setting your Display Name to your business or brand name.

If you’re a customer and prefer privacy, you can use a nickname or alternative name instead of your real name.

Simply go to My Account → Account Details → Display Name

This won’t affect your account or order details — it only changes how your name appears publicly.
