If a customer requests a refund, the refunded amount will be deducted from the seller balance or next payout. In cases where the balance is insufficient, the marketplace may charge the seller directly. Additionally, since our setup includes a split transaction fee with Stripe, half of Stripe’s fee (1.5% + 10p) is non-refundable. This means that even if a refund is issued, sellers will still incur this portion of the transaction fee. Sellers should ensure their refund policies are clear to minimise disputes and unexpected costs.
