You may cancel your order by telephone, post, or e-mail. Provided that these conditions are satisfied, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and the delivery charge. This right does not exist for items that have been manufactured to customer specifications, as the case may be, or for goods by their nature that cannot be returned. The same right to cancellation exists for any installation service you may have purchased, however, if you agree that installation should begin within this seven-day period, your cancellation right with respect to this service shall end. Bohemian China & Glass operates a faulty items returns policy. Any item that was faulty at the point of sale may be returned for a free repair; in the event that a repair is impossible, replacement goods will be supplied, provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty item is returned complete with all components within a reasonable amount of time.
Within 14 days, where goods cannot be repaired or replaced, an appropriate price reduction or refund (reduced to take account of wear and tear) shall be issued, again provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty item is returned complete with all components within a reasonable amount of time. Please note that you will not be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in respect of fair wear and tear. Please return the original and complete packaging.
