Our standard delivery charges are £17 to anywhere in England and Wales.

Return Policy
Bohemian China & Glass operates a faulty items returns policy. Any item that was faulty at the point of sale may be returned for a free repair; in the event that a repair is impossible, replacement goods will be supplied, provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty item is returned complete with all components within a reasonable amount of time.

Within 14 days, where goods cannot be repaired or replaced, an appropriate price reduction or refund (reduced to take account of wear and tear) shall be issued, again provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty item is returned complete with all components within a reasonable amount of time.
