Commission Fees

To support the launch of the marketplace and help sellers get established, we’re waiving all marketplace commission fees during our initial launch period.

0% marketplace commission on all sales until 1 January 2027
Extend your 0% commission until 1 January 2028 by publishing at least 10 products
Payment processing fees apply to all transactions
From 1 January 2027, a low, competitive platform commission will apply to shops that don’t meet the product threshold. Final rates will always be communicated well in advance.

There are no listing fees, no subscription fees, and no hidden charges.

As a guide, on a £120 order (e.g. £100 product price + £20 VAT) with 0% commission, the typical payment processing fee would be around £1.80 (1.5% + 20p).

This means the seller would receive approximately £118.20. Actual payouts may vary depending on the buyer’s payment method and currency.
