Are there any upfront fees for sellers?No — there are no upfront costs to start selling. We operate on a commission-only model, meaning you only pay when you make a sale. For those who want additional features and support, optional monthly plans are available.
Are there limitations on the number of products I can sell?There is currently no fixed limit on the number of products a seller can list. Keep your listings accurate, in stock and relevant to the marketplace.
Can customers purchase from multiple sellers in a single order?Yes — customers can buy products from more than one seller in the same checkout. Each seller remains responsible for fulfilling their own products, so the customer may receive separate parcels and delivery updates.
Can I create discount coupons for my shop?Yes — use Seller Dashboard → Coupons to create and manage the discount coupons available for your shop.
Can sellers participate in promotional campaigns?Our platform allows sellers to create their own promotions, such as coupons or free shipping offers. Managed from your dashboard, these campaigns can boost visibility and sales.
