Can customers purchase from multiple sellers in a single order?Yes — customers can buy products from more than one seller in the same checkout. Each seller remains responsible for fulfilling their own products, so the customer may receive separate parcels and delivery updates.
Can sellers participate in promotional campaigns?Our platform allows sellers to create their own promotions, such as coupons or free shipping offers. Managed from your dashboard, these campaigns can boost visibility and sales.

Who can join the marketplace as a seller?Individuals and businesses can apply to sell suitable lighting products. Applicants must be at least 18 and provide accurate information for account and payment verification where required. Seller applications are reviewed before access is approved.
